Dare to Adapt Wheelchair Softball Fundraiser

The Dare to Adapt Wheelchair Softball Fundraiser is an annual event that allows able-bodied individuals to experience wheelchair softball by teaming up with adaptive athletes to learn and compete.
 

This year, in 2025, it is expanding to a two-day event!

• Saturday, May 31st - Sponsored by the Kansas City ACA Clubs, this day is limited to ACA clubs and teams from across the KC metro area.

• Sunday, June 1st - Open to local companies and individuals who want to put together a team and compete. 
   

The tournament will take place at the Pleasant Valley Park Wheelchair Softball Field within the Pleasant Valley Athletic Complex.​​

This event not only helps raise awareness for wheelchair softball but also directly supports Midwest Adaptive Sports' adult and junior wheelchair softball teams. So whether you’re participating or attending, it’s a great opportunity to engage with the sport and contribute to the growth of adaptive softball. Come out and join in on the fun!​
